Be prepared always

The first step in interacting with people is to have a topic.

the next step is simple.

ask yourself; "who are my audience" "how can i couch my message for them to easily understand"?

After these are answered, the next step is to jot some key points down.

No matter how skilled a communicator you are and how long you have been communicating, having no guidelines to follow can leave you fumbling and repeating words unnecessarily.

This can make your audience loose interest in listening or even worse you loose reputation with them.
